Worst customer service ever ! No greetings & I was sitting there for 20 minutes with no worker coming to ask me if i needed help or were looking for anything! The workers were just talking to each other fixated on the same two customers & there we're 5+ sitting , Then when i finally got up with a shoe in my hand to go to a worker who had just finished her full-on long blown conversation with another worker , i said " excuse me I wanted a size 6.5- " mind you i didn't even get to finish my sentence..she just looked at me , turns her back to me , then proceeds to talk to her coworker again & walk away. I was standing there confused because i know i didn't interrupt her nor was she busy .. I walked right OUT after that. Y'all not worth getting any money from me nor any more of my time wasted, YOU ARE AT WORK do your JOB. I don't know that ladys name but the spanish looking girl with tattoos,You shouldn't be talking to your coworkers abt BS all day when there are people sitting around waiting to be catered too. when i tried to ask for help it wasn't given... 0 STARS!!!!! Must be a terrible manager...

He refused to sell us multiple pairs and accused us of being āresellers,ā even though we were simply buying for our family. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and fairness, not judged or stereotyped based on race or appearance. We were humiliated in front of other shoppers, and it ruined what should have been a simple shopping trip. I strongly urge corporate to look into this incident and take serious action. No customer deserves to experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI entered this JD Sports location at 453 Fulton St on 2/1/25 at approximately 7:25pm to do an online return. Iām at the register and the cashier removes the shoes from the box and calls over her manager to take a look. Her manager tells me the shoes are worn so that canāt be returned. WHAT?! the shoes have absolutely not been worn and it shows. At that moment I was embarrassed because thatās not my character to do such a thing. These ladies need a training course on how to tell if a shoe have been worn or not if theyāre working in a sneaker store. Anyone who owns a pair of Dunks know they crease when worn. Iām listing pictures of the shoe on...
