My visits alternated between the chemical peel facials and microneedling sessions, each time improving my overall skin quality. I was nervous about trying microneedling again but it was surprisingly painless, Joanne does the job right! I really love visiting her practice because each time, it’s so relaxing with the calming music, blankets, comfy slippers, and hot teas.

Joanne is an incredible aesthetician and highly skilled in the services she offers. Joanne demands care of high caliber for her clients. Any service she offers, she has tried on herself so you know it’s the real deal. She also has a professional background as a Nurse Practitioner so you can trust her medical expertise and advice.

I also sought her recommendation for a good skincare regime and got a great deal on the skincare products she offers (I got the VI facial cleanser, pigment corrector, night retinoid, eye cream, and neck cream).

My friends have noticed that I’m stronger and more confident. I’ve received many compliments at how amazing and glowing my skin has been, as well remarks that I look ten years younger. I give all credits to Joanne and her curated treatment plan for me! My package deal lasted for ~8 months but this is not the end of my journey with JLoo and I will continue to see Joanne for my skincare needs.

When I first entered the floor, the environment was very clean, soothing, peaceful, and elegant. NP Joanne was extremely professional and friendly, and she is super pretty, has amazing skin, definitely an inspiration how I want my skin to look like. I had my first experience of trying a 3D skin analysis (it's a high tech data driven scientific base) I was amazed how detailed it showed! It helped me understanding my skin condition that I never knew. Because of this, I know what skin type I am, what products I should use in daily bases, and what type of service best suit me. A few days after, I went to do hydration deep facial cleaning, it was beyond expectation. NP Joanne had an amazing skill of massage, it was strong, and got to the points!
