I have screencaptured that you admit there is a video, and will be filing a police report upon my return to NY. the lady in the photo is clearly UNSTABLE as she think its ok to become aggressive and PUSH paying customers.

1. The owner accepted TWO phone calls during the course of my 1 hour massage, and left the room on BOTH occasions which does not make for a relaxing setting. 2) The owner is extremely VIOLENT and aggressive. She demanded a tip and started yelling at me when I told her she would not be getting a tip because I was dissatisfied. She then became PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVE and physically assaulted me, a paying customer. STEER CLEAR from this place. There are plenty of cheap massages all over the city where you will not be physically attacked...

I strongly warn against visiting this establishment due to blatantly unethical business practices. The female manager, along with a masseur named Thoms Ngaw, deliberately attempted to overcharge me and became hostile when I refused to tip an outrageous 40%. This was not an isolated incident—I initially let it go, but when they attempted the same scam again, it became clear that this is how they operate.

You can see from the other reviews on here that they have done this repeatedly.

This is nothing short of a predatory business model—misleading customers, attempting to pressure them into overpaying, and retaliating when they refuse. No legitimate business should operate this way.

Businesses that rely on deception and intimidation do not deserve customer trust. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this...

Bad. i was unlucky to have different person. i left the place with all my energy drained. i asked for same service i had last time and it was not what i wanted.
