Firstly they mis quoted the price on the item, it was several hundred dollars higher. Then I agreed to buy it aslong as they delivered it to me in time as I was going to be out of town for over a month over summer. It wasn't a quick turn around time either as I came into the shop on a Saturday and told them I needed the item delivered to me by Tuesday (as I was traveling). All they needed to do was remove 3 beads from the bracelet. Naturally I didn't get the service I was promised, and they called me on Wednesday to tell me it was ready. When your spending 600 usd for a bracelet you don't need, that is the least you should expect. I asked for my money back or to send it to Spain on their account, as I didn't have a braclette that I would wear over the summer ready for my trip. They refused to do either or take responsibility and they said that there is no returns for "customs job"! Removing 3 needs from a braclette isn't custome mate! The person was very rude over text message not taking any accountability. They are probably going bankrupt with such customer service. When your desperate its all about collecting money, not trying to build brand value or terminal value through good service as you don't have the privlidge to think long term. Terrible jeweller who is disrespectul to his customers and lacks manners. He is a liar and a thief who said he repaired my bracelet when in fact he did nothing except tighten the elastic string. He wanted to charge me nearly $70 for basically nothing. My 9 year old nephew could have done it blind folded. I could have bought your entire stock a million times over but it was a matter of principle. He even lied about the timing and told me that it would be ready in 2 days when it took nearly a week for something so basic then blamed me for rushing him. All he had to do was add 2 extra beads to one bracelet and even his employee lied by saying it had been done. Lazaro is such a horrible person who wishes bad karma on those who see right through him. I absolutely love my lava stone & sapphire necklace. I’d been searching for quite a while for a unique piece of lava stone. The sapphires give it the perfect extra touch of class and energy without being too flashy. As a drummer and an artist it fits my style of creativity perfectly. I can tell it is hand made without any compromise in quality. I hope to own a few more pieces. I fully support this shop. Their customer service is exceptional. Purchasing from atlanta i was hesitant at first, but was treated very well over the phone and was immediately sent all the extra pictures i requested. I received the necklace within just a few days of purchase. I highly recommend. While I prefer necklaces, they have an amazing selection of stone bracelets as well. Hopefully soon I will be able to complement my lava stone with a more polished piece. Im thinking garnet, tigers eye, onyx, ruby. The choices seem endless....
