Let There Be Neon Inc — Local services in New York

Was really excited to check this place out, got there at 4:30pm on a Friday and they very rudely refused to let us into the store. When I asked what the hours were I was told Tuesday to Friday from 9-5. It's not very hard to politely let me know of the hours, but instead the employees raised their voices and told me that they were closed (even though when I asked for the hours they told me it was 9-5). My order was a rush job - it was done on-time and to perfection. Communication was constant throughout the design/change process. Installation team showed up early and were done before the allotted time. Kate Oliver was great in handling all my questions....
