I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Nirvana and Anna at the Levi’s Store at 20 Hudson Yards. Nirvana greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful in guiding me to a pair of 501s made from Japanese denim — something I’ve wanted to treat myself to for a very long time.
Anna, the store’s seamstress, was equally kind and attentive. Not only did she tailor the cuffs to perfection in what could be record time, but she also added a unique Chinatown NYC patch to the back pocket — a detail that makes this pair of jeans truly special.
I was in New York to honor and remember those we lost on 9/11, a heavy day in so many ways. Nirvana and Anna went above and beyond, and the care they showed turned what could have been an ordinary purchase into a truly memorable experience. These jeans are something I’ll enjoy for many years to come, but more than that, I’ll remember the kindness behind them.

Read moreWe went there 45 minutes before closing, and after picking up some items a sales associate approached us to let us know the fitting rooms were closed. We were able to try on the item purchased elsewhere to double check the fit, and returned the item a few minutes later. The manager remarked “that was fast.” Both an employee and a manager let us know they were closing early because they had a busy day and wanted to get out of there at 11 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the receipt but did have my bank payment details as proof of purchase. The staff refused to accept it and were not helpful in finding a solution. The young male associate was quite rude and dismissive, which left me very upset. I expected better customer service from Levi- very disappointing experience.
