Tamera - the absolutely wonderful woman who assisted me in picking up chocolates, is the reason for my review. I was in a family emergency situation and needed to get a gift the night before a flight. I was stressed, worried, and overwhelmed, and rushed right before close to get a gift to bring on my trip. Tamera was amazing. She is incredibly helpful - so knowledgeable about all the different chocolates and the wonderful, beautiful gifts available. I must emphasize - it was only a minute or so before closing, and yet, she took her time to help me and explain the different chocolates so I could pick the absolute best gift. Even more than this, she provided such warmth, sincerity and support. I will never forget her - she turned a stressful, scary time into one where I felt such support and kindness.

Tamera is the reason I now love Li-Lac chocolates more than any other store I can think of in the city. Not just because the chocolates are amazing (they are!!!) but moreso for what money can't buy and we can't eat - pure kindness, warmth, and support.

I recently visited again just to thank Tamera after my visit and pick up more chocolate, and she immediately remembered me and asked me about the family member I went to see - she remembered even weeks later!!!! I couldn't believe it.

Not to mention, when I arrived, another group of women were embraciing her after getting their chocolate. I see I am not the only one, and am not surprised!! She truly is the best gift, and makes the wonderful chocolate even that much sweeter.

I can't say enough wonderful things about incredible Tamera - thank you Li-Lac chocolates for finding someone who is purely sweet - and not only reflects the incredible product you offer, but makes it taste infinitely better.

Li-Lac has the World’s BEST chocolates. It’s the kind of quality that after two bites your brain is basically sapped of dopamine.

The S’mores bar and the Peanut Butter and Jelly are pure artistry. The Nonpareils and Butter Toffee are so nostalgic but updated richly. The Hazelnut Squares are a technical miracle—I love how they break into bite sized fourths. The Peanut Butter Cups are even better than at them legendary fudge shops…the sweetness and butteriness are absolutely ideal. I don’t have a favorite, they are all special.

I also find their portions generous.

I’m not one to say stuff like this, but the chocolates are so packed with flavor that it feels like you’re eating loads of them when you’ve only had a few.

I’ve gone here twice to pick up chocolates and it’s great for gifts and delicious. Both times I’ve had a terrible experience with the SAME cashier. I thought the first time I may have just come at a bad time but she had a bad attitude both times and if it wasn’t for them being gifts I probably would have left. I saw her give attitude to the lady in front of me this time and got second hand embarrassed for her and then she followed up giving me the same bad attitude when I was just asking general questions.
