I was there visiting from Southern California on 12/28/17 shopping for warm clothes as the weather caught me off guard. I was there with my husband and 2 teenage daughters. My family sat near the door as I attempted to shop. The sales people were very unpleasant. I asked for help in finding a coat on a manican and was dismissed. There was another sales associate that offered to help other shoppers but when she got to me, she gave me the meanest look ever. She did it twice. I ended up purchasing 4 items. Rudest staff— I had at least 3 items I could have purchased but not a single person greeted me and I was one of two customers in the store. Staff walked right by me to put clothes away and not a single person asked me if I needed help. The older woman seemed annoyed I was returning an item. I didn't have time to shop or anything here. So my dissatisfaction wouldn't be with the sales people but with the security guard. As soon as my coworker and I walked in security followed us. How am I suppose to shop Comftorabling knowing that this man is looking over us? That's not how I wanted to enjoy my lunch break being treated like a criminal or potential criminal....
