My work offices are on the upper portion of 30 Hudson Yards, so all I have to do is take an elevator down to the mall. I am traveling on Monday and made an appointment to get two LV luggage tags hot stamped on Friday afternoon. I walked in and was greeted happily by Yamilex. She said the process needs to allow at least two hours. I didn’t have the time, and didn’t mind rescheduling and having it done at some other point, but when she heard about my trip she insisted on making it happen. She quickly consulted with some of her colleagues and Philip was willing and able to do the hot stamp at that moment. They were both really patient and helpful in working with me to decide on a design. Philip was very personable and very nice. We even chit chatted about an older LV ring I had on which he recognized and how he’d really liked that particular design collection. Yamilex offered and brought me sparkling water, talked to me about the origin of the hot stamping machine, the repair services they offered and asked if I knew about their fragrances. I’ve only tried one, so she brought me some samples of other scents to take home. In the end, what would have potentially taken 2 hours was only 20 minutes. And my tags look stunning! I made it a point to speak with the manager to praise the store, Yamilex and Philip in particular. I only went in for hot stamping (free service) but still received a five star treatment. By far the most beautiful store and most pleasant experience I’ve had in any of...
Read moreIt’s official: stopping at every Louis Vuitton we see has become our ultimate travel tradition, and Louis Vuitton Hudson Yards did not disappoint! This boutique is like the cool, futuristic cousin of all the other LVs we’ve visited, complete with sleek design, glowing displays, and that signature LV magic.
From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like we were about to buy the whole store (spoiler: we didn’t, but they were so sweet we almost considered it). They were attentive, knowledgeable, and had this uncanny ability to make you feel like a fashion icon while you browse.
The collection? Chef’s kiss. Classic pieces, new designs, and just enough sparkle to make you feel like you’re living in a luxury dream. My favorite part? Watching my travel partner pretend they totally needed that monogrammed wallet, even though we both know they were just looking for an excuse to add one more LV bag to their collection.
The location inside Hudson Yards is the cherry on top. Shop a little, climb The Vessel, maybe grab a cocktail—then head back for one last look at that bag you’re still thinking about. It’s dangerously fun and perfectly placed for a day of retail therapy.
If stopping at every LV is a hobby, consider this location a must for your collection. Just be warned: your wallet might cry, but your closet...
Read moreI recently had to fly to New York for a business trip and typically because of my past experiences over the few years I have been primarily shopping online. I had an amazing interaction with three young ladies at the store. Yuki was extremely knowledgeable and went beyond to make sure I found the perfect replacement piece for a bag that was stolen at a charity event I had attended. She understood clearly that Luxury goods and fashion are an investment and a purchase to be well thought out. Monique and Jonae also assisted and honestly, at one point I felt like I was shopping with my girlfriends- they took their time and the hospitality was unmatched . Even when I about wrapped up my purchase and my items were scanned and ready for pmt- Yuki stopped me to pull another bag I had not seen - which was a perfectly paired piece- better fit for me one that I was originally going to buy I couldn’t be happier. They were not quick to push me out or just make a sale and they were so kind and accommodating and we even had a few laughs while I was there. Time and money that I invested in this purchase, I feel confident about and I had memorable experience as well. I will solely be doing my LV purchases there...
