Update: I went to N square nail salon for a second time because I was very happy with the first manicure I had there. But this second time around.. disappointed is an understatement. I asked to have new tips applied and for a dark grey/black matte finish. So many things went wrong. First of all, one of my natural nails that had grown out had been badly chipped while the tech used a Dremel to shave down my nails causing it to have to be shortened. Next, so much glue was used on the added tips that now my skin is glued to the tips and while the tech was trying to peel my skin away she actually tore my skin and now I have a cut on my thumb that I'm worried will be infected. A powder was used to color my nails rather than polish and it caused my nails to be extremely bulky and uneven and the color is completely different than what I requested. Not to mention absolutely no work was done on my cuticles. I am so unbelievably disappointed by the outcome of my nails and it completely changed my opinion of this salon. I wasn't offered any type of discount for having my natural nails chipped or my skin splitting because of the amount of glue used. I now have to find a way to detach my skin from the added tips and don't have time to go see another salon to have it fixed. I spent $100 on the worst manicure I've ever had. Don't recommend at all anymore. Such a shame.

By far the best manicure I've ever had. They took me as a walk in and made sure I was completely satisfied with the shape and length of my nails. Very highly recommended and will be switching from my previous...

This was my fourth time at this location. Should’ve stopped at the first red flag. The receptionist greeted me as if I was a panhandler when I came in then began spraying air freshener all around me. Spent her time talking above the music on the phone. After picking the YSL Gold flame from their luxury shelf. As I began the process of a mani cure with the only nail tech on the floor. Another guest from next door comes in with a half dyed head of hair stating that she only had 30 minutes. That’s all. And in an instant the receptionist pulls the mail tec from where we are sitting to give to the other party. The receptionist now begin to take over my hands all still while talking aggressively over the phone. She totally disconnected from me and lacked costumer service skill with dealing with me. After painting both nail and fingertips my hands were covered in the nail polish. As she shooed me over to the drying station I asked her if she could remove the polish from off of my skin that she had applied all over me. She then rolled her eyes snatched my hand back and started scrubbing my hands. Not once after did she come to check on how my hands were drying she just went back yo the desk and continued snacking and talking on the phone. Not even an hour after leaving most of the polish is chipped off. This place has a very unwelcoming yet shallow energy. Do...

Didn’t have a service done here but this review is for the overall customer service. They have endless online appointments but don’t adhere to appointment times. I waited for over 20 minutes after my appointment for a manicure which is fine, rush hour. However, when someone else walked in for a pedicure 15 minutes after me, they had a discussion in front of me about who to take first and went with the other girl who’d been there for maybe 5 minutes. Not sure if it was because she’s a regular or if there was a racial bias, but whatever the case, there was no reason she should have been taken first. The lady I’d been communicating with just said “5 minutes 5 minutes” and gave no further explanation when I inquired why I was not being attended, so I walked out. I just started working nearby and could have become a regular but the way they address certain customers is not appropriate. I...

I had to rate 5 stars because my visit was spot on. I read the reviews before coming and this place and it definitely measures up. The nail tech took her time and gave quality service, diligent and professional. The only thing I will say is this nail salon is about they’re money. There were a lot of “up charge services” which isn’t always fun especially if you are on a budget. I decided to get a regular mani and pedi because the gel mani/pedi cost significantly more. gel removal was an up charge There was even an up charge for some of the regular nail polishes. So the color selection was slim picking. The Foot massage was amazing, wow. But there was an up charge for 10min. You could definitely leave there spending a good amount of money if you enjoy luxury services. So beware! All in all you will get a good service tho!

Had a good experience at the salon, the lady tending to me was pleasant and did her job well, but their product was not great. I selected a color from their “luxury” shelf for my manicure and pedicure. The bottle was almost empty, so I assumed they would open a new bottle; but I loved the color. However, they kept the same bottle and went through the entire services needing shake, beat, and tap the bottle to get the very last bits left. I assumed their luxury product was better than my at home polish, and that it wouldn’t be the goopy remnants that never dry. But that’s exactly what I got for my $40 manicure. The nail polish continued to smear on my nails for hours later.
