Drivers were great â on time, courteous, professional, knew their way around. Dispatch seems to need some work. We booked 2 cars for the following day at an hourly rate because we werenât sure how long a funeral would be before we needed a return ride, & we had enough to manage without worrying about that too. I got written confirmations with the correct date & time. One car showed up at 6:45 PM the night before rather than 10:15 the next morning. I appreciate punctuality as much as anyone else, but I think 15 1/2 hours early is a bit excessive! I told the driver the date & time were wrong, & left emails & texts for the office explaining the error & asking for re-confirmation of the correct pickup time; I also tried again the following morning, as well as leaving a phone message. There was no response, but the car did show up for that morning pickup at the correct time, though the uncertainty had caused me some anxiety. After arriving at our destination, I was surprised when the driver told me he was about to leave. I told him weâd booked hourly because we needed him to wait; he seemed not to have been aware of that. If thatâs true, it wasnât his fault, but the dispatcherâs for not making it clear. The driver handled it very well & adjusted his schedule with no inconvenience to us, but I was puzzled about the communication failure. The other car weâd booked showed up at the correct time & address with no issues. Then we received a text when we landed that our driver was there â no company name. I called that driver to say we had another company. He said, âThat is fine, as long as you get home safe.â Then we were charged twice the price quoted on the website! Then we received a text the next day that another driver was assigned â no company name. I called NYC Exec Limo to dispute the first charge and say we definitely did not want a second ride. She said the first charge included tax, tip, and tolls: but we did not take the ride â so what tax, tip, and tolls! The dispatcher said she would cancel, but that the operations manager was on off for the holiday. The next day I get another text that a driver is assigned. I call and get another dispatcher. She says there is no record of a cancellation, but she will cancel. I texted the driver to say I had canceled the ride. He texted back âunderstood.â Letâs see if they charge me...

We were met at the airport by our driver with what one would expect, both professionalism as a driver and a genuine courteous and pleasant demeanor⌠this was particularly important for my youngest daughter as it was her first time in the Big Apple.
The vehicle was clean and new which made it a comfortable trip for my family and me all the way from Newark airport to midtown Manhattan.
Two big thumbs for our driver when we realized 2 hours after being dropped off at our hotel that our daughter lost her mobile phone. One quick call to our driver lead to a prompt search and find rescue where it was found and couriered express to our address without any extra charge.
