The place was very clean and calm. They were very up to date with technology and can do most things that doctor’s offices would give you a referral to get completed elsewhere. The desk personnel and the nurse were very helpful. They treated patients as if they were family members. They really take care of you and give assistance if necessary. The doctor is what you would want in a doctor. He is very straightforward and to the point. He doesn’t have you running back and forth with endless trips to get the same resolution. However, get your cab fare together, it didn’t appear to be any transportation as my daughter stated. Besides the non-transportation, the place is great for people with disabilities and mobility problems in the foot. My issues were a bunion and the hammer toe which the bunion had caused. It had gotten to the point where it was difficult to fit into any kind of shoe, my gait had gone askew, which was beginning to affect other parts of my skeleton.. Dr Valencia and her staff are welcoming, she explains what she is going to do, answers all questions. The procedure itself took 45 minutes and I walked out of the office with a surgical boot which I was told I would be wearing for six weeks. In the meantime I have returned roughly every week for my dressing to be changed - dressing and boot take the place of the much more cumbersome casts of old.
