Terrible. I bought three keychains and a sweatshirt and he scammed me. Charged me double and then refused to refund my credit card. I didn’t notice until after he gave me the receipt and then he refused to refund what he put in my bag but I said I didn’t want to purchase. Anyway, we fought back and he eventually gave us some cash back and we were able to inform some customers who also left.

Another tactic he used was telling us he was going to give us good deals because it was a slow day. The prices were marked and he told us lower but then charge led us higher than what he said. I don’t actually care about that- I was willing to pay the price that was marked but it’s so dishonest that he said one price and then charged us different. For example, price said $25 for a sweatshirt, we decided to purchase it, then he said $20 today because it’s slow and then charged us $23.

Additionally everything is quite expensive here though that is what I expected so no surprise there. They charge a credit card fee as well- also I think that’s fairly common in the city.

Overall I’d say just beware of this location. You can see in my picture the gentleman...

Has every souvenir NYC has to offer. Claims to have amazing sales and discounts, but then overcharges you. 5 shirts for $10.99, 2 aprons for $20, but total was $55 and when I asked he brushed me off to check out the next customer. Just watch closely as they ring you up, other than that...

⚠️ They're thieves. They tell you a price when you give them the ticket to pay they charge you more and then they say they can't open the cash register. After a discussion I managed to recover my money. In addition, they do not pay taxes do not give any pursuit of purchase.

Tip: Avoid this place there are better places you have close to better price and they don't try to steal.
