I have never written a review before but the service I received at this store was incredibly disappointing and ruined my day. The employees helping me out at the changing rooms were incredibly nice and attentive.

However, the female employee that helped me check out was incredibly rude. I bought a sweater, that I originally thought was $40 because of the sign that was next to it but when she rang me up it was much more than that amount. I waved it off as I figured that I must have saw wrong. She then asked me if I was "certain" about the size of the sweater I was purchasing and if it was for me, implying that it was too small for me. There was no one else with me that it could have been for so I was very confused and taken aback. This interaction left me embarrassed and insulted.

After paying I went back to the sign to double check and I was right, it did say $40 next to the sweater. I asked the same female employee about it but she just said that the sign was put in the wrong place, stating that it was for a different item. Just a heads up if you’re shopping here—their return policy is only 21 days, not 30 like most places. Also, make sure to check everything carefully before you buy, because they won’t take anything back if there’s a stain, even if the tags are still on and it hasn’t been worn.
