Did not have the best experience at this store! It was my first time and a staff member I believe her name is Maria or Mariah came and greeted me so lovely also asked me if I needed help with anything. At that moment I was just looking around. I stated that and let her know that I would find her when I found something. Within a few minutes I found the perfect piece of clothing but needed my size. When I went to go get the girl, she was sitting down with another girl which I assume is her girlfriend because they were being a little intimate with eachother. Very unprofessional if you ask me. How do you allow your employees to let their significant others just hang out in the store?!? And your employees not be paying attention to if a customer needs help or the store all around. The atmosphere gives a cozy vibe but not for employees to have a passionate time with a person they are involved with. Amazing experience at the ONS Clothing store today! I went in because I liked the simple and minimalist design of the store front. I didn't know I'd find two pairs of perfect wide leg jeans that I've been searching for everywhere (I'm 5'2" and it's difficult to find the perfect pair of jeans). The price is very reasonable for the quality of the fabric and the flattering cut. The store staff James and Abby were so kind, friendly and helpful.
