Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience due to the demeanor of the staff. Upon entering, a group of 3 employees were engaged in conversation who looked at me without any greeting or offer of assistance. As I browsed, no one approached or offered help—instead, I continued to be stared at rather than welcomed.

This created an uninviting atmosphere, and while I came in ready to make a purchase, I ultimately chose to leave without making a purchase. Received very stand-offish and rude service on 10/25/20. The young man working there stared at me without asking if I needed help, how my day was going, or if I was looking for anything specific. There were no other customers in the shop, not sure why he was having trouble speaking to me. He gave the only customer in the store zero customer service. I've visited Noah twice, once for a Frog Skateboards video premier and a second time just to browse through clothing. The store is nicely laid out and they are at an incredible location. The staff is young, friendly, and well dressed. I didn't buy anything, but their clothing seems to be a very good quality weave designed in New England. I have friends who work in the Noah office and really enjoy what they do. I hope to own some...
