PacSun — Local services in New York

My friend and I went here and we were greeted immediately. When we went to check out though, we went to the cashier who called us. She saw us pull out cash and said that we needed to go to the cashier next to her. So she took the people next in line, didn't tell us where to go and we had to squish together with some people we didn't know since the cash taking cashier was still ringing someone up (and took abnormally long to do so). We finally got to move somewhere else to get space and we were still waiting for at least 10 minutes. This customer had 2 things. Finally it was our turn and the male cashier didn't pay us any mind. We put our stuff down and we were basically ignored for 15 more minutes. He left to do random tasks, and the female cashier who told us to go over there said nothing to him. I was planning on buying sweatpants and a shirt and nicely asked the employee if the dressing rooms were open. I wanted to ask since I knew most dressing rooms in stores are closed but my friend was able to get a dressing room in the same store one time even during Covid. In a very rude and obnoxious tone the employee that they were closed. I don’t see why she had to be so nasty when I asked a simple question she could’ve easily answered nicely. My friend standing in another section of the store was even able to tell from a distance that the employee was being rude and nasty to me. We were also the only ones in the store so it couldn’t have been because they were stressed or busy. I immediately dropped my stuff and left. I was visiting New York city until I stumbled onto this place that looked really neat and potentially have high quality clothing. When going into the dressing room section, staff were not helpful and had the audacity to make a face where it feels like we as customers shouldn’t have even walked in, I was the only woman of color and the person who gave me the face was a young white lady that other staffed called “Amani”. I overheard staff talking at a volume you would hear at a metal concert talking about how they would want to attack other customers for not following vague directions, and how they have issues with management and doing this job.
