PAYOMATIC — Local services in New York

I stopped by this location on 9/4/2025 at around 12:37 PM, I was on my way to work and was pressed for time as I am a city worker and was trying to make it to the hospital on time. I do understand that the people (or person) who was in front of me had the right to take all the time she needed to take care of her business. However, after the cashier had taken care of the person before me (I didn't catch cashier's name), she ignored me, and did not take into consideration how long I had been waiting. She called some man who was standing off to the side. I understand he was waiting, but the way she did it was quite distasteful...because it painted a picture of 'bias' as the man was of Spanish origin (just like the cashier was, and all the people she took care of prior). A cashier by the name of Milly, politely called me and took care of my transaction. She was very respectful and professional. She took care of the transaction promptly, she was also knowledgeable concerning the western union transaction. Milly is an asset to your company! Thankyou, because she made all...

This Check Cashier in my Opinion is a great place to handle business on all levels. And 2 Cashiers stood tall and like I said this is just my opinion when I go there their the ones servicing my needs and their quick, deliberate and precise with any and all transactions: 1st is the lady "JADA" and the other lady she's light skinned older female wit' the nice hairdo, these females get it Poppin' ya' heard and not to mention they're very knowledgeable...In my opinion I think those 2 females is underpaid, they need to get a raise and bonuses for what they do, Its a very pleasant experience everytime I visit....I'm the dude that works for "Fresh Direct", Keep doing what you do ladies, its always my pleasure when I visit cause they'll have (you) in and out in no time flat, ya' heard...And their Attitudes and Demeanor is always pleasant and very...

These good reviews are fake. The service here is terribly slow and horrible. The employee Rosemary always working slowly and unprofessionally.

so im here again to complain about the same rude and unprofessioal employee named Rosemary who supposedly is the Manager! Its such a disappointment that for YEARS this woman has had the same ugly attitude no matter how nice or patient you are! She always has the "next window" sign up which means she's never helping customers! This leads to long lines because there's only ONE person actually doing her job and its NEVER Rosemary. If she's truly the manager she's suppose to help out with customers when she see's that the line is becoming longer and longer then go back to whatever she's doing on that computer...
