The good: Creatively designed play areas that are interesting and fun.
The bad: Customer service is terrible. It's disorganized and the staff leave the play area gates open when they're coming in and out, not paying attention to keep kids from escaping. If you mention it they get an attitude. They don't accept all credit cards, and they also make you sign the same waiver every time you go (other play places store your waiver for future visits). Worst of all - there is absolutely NO management presence or customer service. I called this morning because my elderly parents and my children are planning to go to Peekaboo today with the babysitter. On Peekaboo's website it says 1 adult per child, so I called to ask if they could make an exception and allow an extra adult, because my parents are elderly and they need extra help with the two kids. I called ahead of time as a courtesy, to ask for a reasonable accommodation, during a very quiet business period (a weekday at noon). The person on the phone was very unhelpful and said because he's not a manager and can't make an exception. Then when I asked to speak to a manager, he said there was no manager IN THE COUNTRY. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy and he couldn't even tell me why at first. Finally he said it was due to space restrictions, which is crazy in the middle of the day on a weekday. I could understand that policy during weekends or peak periods, but there should be flexibility ESPECIALLY during slower periods. They need to have decision makers in the same country as the business who can assist customers properly! We prefer Peekaboo's facilities but we will be going to Kanga's from...
Read moreMy babies and I have been to ALOT of indoor play spaces but this might be our favorite. They offer two sides so we paid $80 and that allowed access to both play areas for two toddlers and one parent. They have an option if you only want to pick one side. The only downside is we only had two hours to do everything and this place is huge and offers a lot so I think 3 hours would’ve been better especially if I’m paying for access to both sides. However, they didn’t rush us to leave. So that was nice. We simply left based on the time they wrote on our wristbands. Overall, this place is very clean. Very big. Offers a lot and has really cool things for the children to engage in. Workers were nice. Parking is a bit touchy in this area but there’s a train that stops on the same block as this business. I love that it’s based for younger children and although we went on a Saturday afternoon, the place was not at all crowded. We will be back and will definitely recommend...
Read moreThe only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is its location. Awful! Sketchy characters o the corner and projects across the street. I’m sure there are safer location for a playspace. I wouldn’t suggest going alone with your child especially if you’re staying a little later. Parking isn’t awful. Plenty on side street parking. Inside is super clean, spacious, lots to do for the kids. The bathrooms even smell nice. It’s a little crowded once you get off the elevator as the elevator opens right into the playspace lobby where there’s not much space since strollers are blocking the entire hallway (at least on a Sunday at 1pm). Roth checking...
