The woman who was there at 1:50 at night wednesday 11/6/24 which I also called at 1:30 and no one answers the phone ever, whether itās early afternoon or late night she refuses to answer why, she refuses to help me, she refuses to give my my receipt on the last interaction we had a month ago as well as refuses to fix my order that was made last time in person and obligated me to pay for their mess up on my order. I been to numerous locations for years in Astoria/queens. The sunnyside location, the Steinway location as well as the Queensbridge 21st & 40th avenue location. She is very rude and stares at me without even giving an answer so I decided to record the issue again as I have last time on our last interaction. Iāve worked in food industry for 15 years.
There is no answer for solutions anywhere around everytime I come into an interaction with her she makes me feel beyond uncomfortable for a customer and gives very disrespectful feedback when I ask her why or any questions related to the Wingstop business. Those arenāt the type of employees you should keep around if you want to run your business DRY. I will be making another complain to the business bearu as well because it is not the first time and I live in the neighborhood where I stop by after my night shift as security not too far from Wingstop. As I said I will be contacting the business Bureau and HR. As a customer and hard worker myself with uber as a 2nd part time job this is uncomfortable, feels discriminating & unbearable. I come to get my food and go and itās the second time again she gives me a personal issue. The restaurant is suppose to be open until the designated time their regular requirements meet. Not 5 minutes earlier not 10 minutes earlier not 15 minutes earlier. Iāve been in the food industry for 15 years AGAIN i feel the need to repeat because people like her will run your customers OUT & never want to spend their hard earnings on a disgusting...

I just wanted bone in chicken wings with the flavor lemon pepper, but dry seasoning and wet meaning the lemon pepper SAUCE as well not drown my in OIL as wet š«š«š¤®š¤®š¤® idk how much simpler to explain that when I ordered it I said it the same way specifying that thereās ALSO a lemon pepper sauce and the man proceeded to yes me rushing to dismiss the order, and as I waited I was confirmed the man still was not understanding when I retrieved the food, I opened the container because it was for carry out and as I figured he only put dry seasoning & thatās when he also had it drowned in so much oil it was pouring out the container the chicken was placed in.
