I stopped by the Princess Polly store in Soho recently while scrambling to find a last-minute gift for my girlfriend. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the store was, everything was easy to browse, and the whole space had a really trendy, modern vibe that made shopping feel fun instead of stressful.

Since I wasn’t totally sure what I was looking for, one of the employees, Heidy, came over and asked if I needed help. I explained the style my girlfriend usually goes for, and Heidy immediately pulled a few great options that matched perfectly. She ended up recommending a sweater, and it was exactly the right choice. My girlfriend loved it!!!!!

I was looking for a dress for my birthday (a little too late since it is tomorrow) and the employee by the name Elena went above and beyond for me. She was so sweet when asking me if I was shopping for anything specific and when I said yes, she asked all about the party and what the vibe was. I got really excited about it and she matched the same energy, but also didn’t give off a fake vibe. I had the most amazing shopping experience at Princess Polly in Soho this weekend all thanks to Emely! From the moment I walked in, she was super friendly and helpful. I was struggling to find the perfect outfit for a graduation party and Emily totally came to my rescue.
