EDIT: Unfortunately I have to edit my review to add that, on top of everything else, my thumb has started to become infected due to the nail along the side being filed so carelessly that its sharpness began digging into the skin. It's now slightly swollen and painful to the touch, and I fear I may have to seek medical attention. I have attached a new photo of the wound in my thumb. Please know that this was after bandaging and leaving Neosporin on it over night AND washing it thoroughly, so it's less disgusting than it was before. If you value your appearance or health, never step foot in here!!!
The salon looks professional, but the prices did not reflect the level of quality or service I received.
I requested a gel French manicure with black tips. During my appointment, Vicky caused me to bleed in three different spots while using the drill with a noticeable wound in my pinky. Upon noticing that I was bleeding, all she said was that I had thin skin. I have only bled a couple of times before during appointments at other salons, and in those instances, the nail stylist would at least apologize and offer some alcohol for the cut. That was not the case here.
My appointment felt rushed despite the fact that the salon was only moderately busy and there was not a line of people waiting for services. One way this was apparent was the length of time my nails spent under the UV light. Rather than restarting the timer for the light for each hand, Vicky let my nails have only half of a regular cycle. When I asked if it was ok that the lamp had turned off, she was very short with me in saying that it was ok because they would be under the light multiple times.
Clearly this was not the case as on both thumbs, the black smudged into the pink base. I didn't bring it up because of the way Vicky had talked down to me earlier. I assumed she would fix these mistakes, but she only did so on one thumb. The other thumb was only half-heartedly wiped, and as a result, there's black smudges in the polish.
This was a very disappointing experience. I have never been to a studio where I've received such poor quality service. I certainly will not be returning...

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a long time and usually had good service, but my last visit was awful. I asked for a specific polish color (that I had already seen), and the manager claimed they didn’t have it — so I had to go get it myself.
When it was time to pay, I asked for a breakdown of the charges and was ignored. I paid by tap and planned to tip in cash, but the manager rudely questioned me about it and told me to leave the tip on the counter. When I said I would, she made a mocking gesture and noise. Then, she snatched the tip from my hand, threw it on her desk, and made a rude comment in her native language — all in front of a full salon.
No paying customer should ever be treated like this. This experience was extremely uncomfortable, and I’m very disappointed. I won’t be...
Read moreTerrible service! Do not waste your money! I went for a nail extension removal and it seemed like this was the first time the guy was doing this procedure. He has really damaged my nail and for the rest of the nails he did not finish the removal claiming that this will damage it further. If you are a professional, you know how to properly remove nail extensions without doing a severe damage to the nail. But all I got was excuses. And then the lady at the checkout almost demanded that I add a tip when I didn’t do so, WOW. I later learned that it’s common knowledge that nail extensions require soaking in acetone if you want to remove them fully without damaging the nail. I mean how can one work at a nail salon and not know these safety basics?? I could have done a...
