If you are a person who values your time, I highly recommend not coming to this nail salon. As a person who lives near by, I was very excited to find a salon that offered the specific service I was looking for. The first time I went, I made an appointment and wasn’t seated or started on for about 20 minutes after. I try to give the salon the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were just a little busy, and as I was in no rush, I was okay with waiting a little. The second time I went, I had the same experience, however, this time I was in a rush. Again, they had me waiting for about 30 minutes. But what especially irritated me this time was that although they were fully booked, they continued to except walkins, for being well aware that there were not enough technicians to accommodate the number of customers. Under normal circumstances I would have gotten up and left, however it was already relatively late and I would not have been able to book another appointment at any other nail salons, and that evening I had an event to attend, so I stayed and waited until technician was available. as a person who wears their emotions on their face, it was evident that I was very irritated about the entire situation. Still, I understood that it was not the fault of the technician however, but the fault of the gentlemen overbooking appointments, so, at the end of my service, I left a very generous tip because I could see that the technician was stressed out about the number of customers she had to work on. To my utter disbelief, she badgered me for more money for the tip. Mind you, I did not get any special designs or work done and I tipped 20%. This leads me to my experience today. Again, today I had an event and needed to get my nails done, but couldn’t find any salons near me with availability, so on a whim, I made an appointment here for 2:30. When I arrive there is no technician available to start so the gentleman asks me to have a seat and wait 10 minutes for the technician to finish up. after about 20 minutes goes by I start to collect my things and get ready to leave, at which point he sees and moves me to the pedicure section and tells me that the technician is coming. He runs the water and I put my feet in, expecting to get started momentarily. This does not happen however, by this point I am waiting with my feet in cold water for approximately 15 more minutes, a total wait time of 35 minutes. Not once does anyone come over to apologize, explain or offer a solution. So I dry my feet, get up, and leave. Again on my way out, no one issued an apology. I find this to be extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful to the customer. There is a reason that appointments are made, and if you cannot accommodate a customer simply tell them. Do not waste their time. It is a shame because I did like the convenience of the salon being in my neighborhood, but I will never return to this salon. And if you are a person who values their time, even in the slightest, I recommend that you find another...

I got a normal manicure this past time. They seated me pretty immediately and one of the ladies started working on them and then got up and left without notice to work on someone else, and I was just sitting there very confused as to what was going on. Five minutes later the person at the front let me know someone else would come to attend to me. Ten minutes later a new lady comes and she brings out the electric cuticle drill thing and she was very rough with my cuticles and it hurt me and I let her know this. She semi aggressively let me know she knew what she was doing and that it would be okay. When she moved to my other hand she pulled my cuticle and it started bleeding and I was a bit more firm that she needed to be more gentle. She reassured she knew what she was doing but my cuticle was bleeding for a couple minutes and the entire experience was very unpleasant. That finger continued to bleed for a couple hours after my manicure. It's been four days and all of my cuticles feel raw and whenever I accidentally rub my nails against something I can feel the burn. My friends happened to get the same lady and their experience was the same - definitely not going back. Would give this place 0/5 if I could - especially given how...

I stopped by as I live in the neighborhood just to get my existing powder nails soaked off. I confirmed with the man at the front twice that the service would be $16. I had a 7pm appt and wasn’t seen until 7:20pm–with no apology for the delay. The job itself was not great; once the technician was done with my soak off, she told me to go wash my hands. As I was washing my hands she half-heartedly tossed the warm towel on the side of the sink and went away. I didn’t even realize the service was done until she came to me and said “that’s all, right?” When I went to go check out, the man rang me up for $24 with no explanation until I asked about the price difference and he said it was an additional $8 for nail shaping, which wasn’t mentioned at all at the beginning. It was late and the service was already done so I paid in cash—he also gave me incorrect change, which I luckily caught onto (could’ve been an honest mistake), but I also note that there is a sign advertising a 5% discount for cash payments, which the man conveniently ignored. I was annoyed and didn’t want to argue these minor things so I paid what was asked and left, but wanted to put it out there that this was my experience and I’ll not...

I had an amazing experience. I just moved to the area and was looking for somewhere professional and relaxing. I found it. Thankfully I was able to walk in after a phone call for availability. (Although they recommended appointments) I was greeted at the door and they helped me on my way to some amazing and comfy chairs! Dipped my feet into a porcelain sink on the floor with lemon for my pedi. They used a liner, and a yummy smelling scrub. Lydia took very good care of me. They offered me coffee, tea, or water. Pleasantly surprised at this gem. My manicure, same treatment, gel off with acetone, a overall mani, shaping of my nails and a guava scrub that smelled divine after my nails were polished. Highly recommend if you are looking for something of quality.

DISAPPOINTED. For past year, I’ve been coming at least once every 3 weeks for gel pedi and mani. Wasn’t always the happiest with the result, but it was the convenience for me cause they are one block from where I live. Every time I come I pay different (higher) price for my services. Always tipped 20% in cash, no matter what. 2 days ago I went for gel pedi and regular manicure (no color) and they charged me more than before. I wasn’t happy with the result cause my cuticles were peeling and bleeding, and only tipped 10%. The lady that’s on the front desk start yelling my name while I was leaving, and asked me to tip 20% because 10% is less than a standard. How dare?? Rude and unprofessional. I will never go to this place again.

First of all they increased their prices which is totally fine! But then they demanded I pay a 20% tip after I was cut and bleeding. Cindy who did my nails not only cut too much of my skin off but also shaped each nail differently (square on one hand and round on the other)! So ridiculous to demand a 20% tip for such a service where you hurt your customer. Don’t waste your money going here
