Massage Envy — Local services in New York

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, had great service the 3 times I went there. Unfortunately, I booked 2 different massages and a facial, so 3 hours of service total. I arrived to the location and after receiving my first massage I was told that I only have a facial left. Not what I was expecting since I cleared my schedule to accommodate 3 hours of well-deserved pampering time. Regardless of that situation, I decided to go ahead and booked a facial and massage today, to find out that due to the customer service review I submitted in October that the owner decided that I needed to be banned from using this location. I spoked to the manager on-site and stated that due to a note left by the owner that Im no longer welcome to her location for future appointments. So its easier to banned a customer after the mistake was made by the staff when booking? So sad a great location, with great services is owned by personnel with lack of customer service and business ethics. All because of a survey that was sent to me by the location after services I scheduled were not provided. This is the location I joined back in 2017, my home base, and it is absolutely excellent.

Rita, the owner, does a remarkable job of making her staff feel genuinely valued and appreciated. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been consistently outstanding. Everyone I’ve encountered has been professional, warm, and attentive.

And I mean this sincerely: I’ve never come across anyone who seemed disinterested or indifferent. The staff here are not only skilled in their roles but also in how they treat people with kindness, presence, and a real human touch. They’re clearly more than just employees clocking in; they care, and it shows.

The same level of care extends to the therapists as well. Whether I’ve come in for a massage or skin care, every therapist I’ve worked with has been confident, highly skilled, and clearly an expert in their craft. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy what they do.

I’ve visited many Massage Envy locations over the years, and while the quality is often comparable, I’m continuously grateful for the consistency, warmth, and excellence I experience at Massage Envy...

I had such a great experience at Massage Envy Midtown West from start to finish. When I first enrolled, Rachael and Ryan made the process so smooth and welcoming—it immediately felt like I was in good hands. Everything was explained clearly, and I left feeling confident in my decision to join. In fact, the experience was so positive, I referred my husband, and he absolutely loved his massage and stretch session!

My facial with Natalia was wonderful—so relaxing and professional. She really took the time to understand my skin concerns and made sure I left glowing. She is the real deal.

There was a small scheduling hiccup at one point, but Marie handled it with such care and professionalism. She not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond to make it right, which really impressed me.
