Amazing staff! I needed to be in a meeting at the premise punctually, and being this my first time I was totally new to the process of getting signed in and announced properly. Lalita Singh, the receptionist, was patient, diligent and knowledgeable. Although there were other people that needed to signed in as well, in addition to delivery personnel that also needed to be dispatched, she made sure we were all taken care of in a timely fashion. The building has a strict security code, so everyone has to be properly identified and a picture is taken at sign in. She also fielded all my questions and the inquiries of all patrons at the venue. She has a calm demeanor, which was key at the moment since I was anxious to make sure that the person I was meeting knew I was already there. It turns out that hosts get an email notification as soon as guests fill out a quick questionnaire upon arrival, so all I needed to do was to follow her instructions quickly, as opposed to start emailing/calling my host and creating duplicate notifications. Lalita had enough composure to explain those details, so my host learned quickly I had arrived and we promptly began the meeting on time. Diligent, positive and kind staff as Lalita is refreshing, the faces of Rise welcoming team are really knocking it out...

My boss recently hosted a sizable event in the space, and I cannot overstate how excellent our experience with Rise was. In the weeks leading up to the conference, all communications were timely, helpful, and set us up for success on the day of the event. We hosted 200 people in the space, and everyone associated with RISE--from the security guards, to the cafe employees, to the janitorial staff, to the space managers, and administrators--were consummate professionals, not only in the days and moments leading up to the conference, but throughout the duration of the event, and afterwards. The level of customer service, hospitality, and assistance that we encountered at RISE was above and beyond, and we very much hope to host there again. The preparations, the tips sheet, the attention to detail, the continued support the day of, and in the days after (we left a few things there accidentally, and they were put aside for us in a secure place) left us with only amazing things to say about the space and the staff there. Special shoutout to Steph at the front desk, Stella C., Gosha at the Cafe, Lalita at Security, Tania, and so many others that helped us....

Out of all of the co-working spaces which I have explored, Rise is hands down the best. Most notably, it starts with the crew that works there -- as they are always extremely friendly and helpful. If you're into open spaces like I am, this place is a must-visit, with both a long table if you prefer to work next to other energized entrepreneurs and many side tables if you prefer to work separately. With Techstars and many prominent Fintech experts / investors always here, you're also never short of opportunities to network with great minds.

In terms of event-hosting, their facility is every event-planners dream. They have two rooms -- one theater which fits up to 100 people and another smaller conference room which can fit up to 25 people.
