Duggal Visual Solutions — Attraction in New York

In Re: ZULEMA (ZEE) MORIN @ DUGGAL As a New York City photographer, I depend on DUGGAL for several processing and print needs. As in New Yorker I am also used to poor service at several high-end photographic processing entities. Fortunately for me, I'm working with one of the most incredible customer service professionals in the world. ZULEMA (ZEE) MORIN takes such good care of me and my work that I feel more like a member of the family as opposed to a customer. I think often, we get used to poor customer care. Oftentimes there's not a whole lot we can do about poor customer care. So, when you come across someone like Zee, your left feeling exceptionally good. You feel exceptionally cared for. Sometimes I really do feel like I am part of her family. She cares for me as if I were important. That means so very much to me. I have shared this experience with several my photographic friends and colleagues. And I have sent them all to see Zee at DUGGAL for the bust in photographic services and impeccable customer care. I did some installs and on the last install which we did a whole company that moved from NY head quarters to Wayne NJ (HAIR GROUP) and never got paid a penny. Our company went on the first day and did the first floor over hundred of square foot applications and was told by Duggal there client loved the outcome and the pace we did and verified us to go next day to finish second floor. We went and finished a week long project over 10 HUGE ROOMS WITH WALLS EXCEEDING 50 feet long and 12-15 feet high and with one wall BIENG short of artwork we told Duggal and that we will go back to fix it even though we don't print or do the artwork. We got not a single penny when we had over 10 installer power almost 15 hours in each day and other expenses we put out of pocket. We tried to talk to Duggal to work something and NOTHING.
