I’ve been seeing Kelly for facials for almost two years at this place, and she is truly amazing. She’s incredibly caring and detail-oriented — when I first started, my skin condition was very bad, but with her consistent care, it feels like I now have a whole new set of skin: smoother, glowing, and with far fewer breakouts.

She not only delivers great facials but also gives me thoughtful skincare advice that has turned out to be extremely helpful in my daily routine. On top of that, Kelly is responsive and diligent when arranging other treatments (like 热拉提 and 光子) for me. Because I’m very sensitive to pain, she always accompanies me during those services, making me feel comfortable and cared for.

Another thing I really appreciate is her flexibility and dedication — if I have sudden schedule changes, she always does her best to accommodate me, sometimes even staying late as one of the last people in the office. She never pushes unnecessary products or services, which makes me trust her even more.

I started my beauty journey with RM in 2019. All the staff are friendly and professional. I've experienced services by Daisy, Qi Qi, Grace, Kelly, Summer and am always satisfied. Later on I have Qi Qi as my dedicated beautician as her schedule works best for me. Qi Qi knows my skin condition so well, each time I visit she will observe if there was any change and ask about my feelings and concerns, and will pick what suits me. She recently recommended Thermage treatment. I gave it a try. Man it was painful. HOWEVER, as the old saying goes, NO PAIN, NO GAIN. It was worth the try. In the months following the treatment, I watched my skin gradually transform. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth have softened, and my skin has a firm, youthful glow. The best part is that the change is so natural-looking. What also is reassuring is that it is non-invasive. Thanks to Qi Qi for this beauty...

Avoid this place if you can. They don‘t sterilize their tool at all. The same tool probably used so many time before you without cleaning it. I was there for laser hair remover, and then got a lot of acne afterward. It was so bad that i have to see dermatologist. Then they said they will try to use the pico laser machine to remove the mark and discoloration that i have. However their technician have no idea what they are doing. My skin got burned and created more discoloration. Not that the hair didn't got remove. My smooth skin got acne and the scar tissue plus discoloration. I have to go to a real doctor and spend another $6000 to fixed the damage cost by them. However those scar will never go away. Go to a real clinic with doctor. Dont waste your money here.
