I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have seen so many of the hair stylings and all are so good. I primarily see the owner Chie now. Over the years I’ve had lots of haircuts, color correcting, hair dying/highlighting/bayalage, and keratin. I always leave loving my hair more than I could even imagine. They are geniuses. I give out vague ideas and somehow magic happens. Last week I asked Chie if I could highlight my hair a bit but keep it natural and if it can be cool toned and have some pink in it then that would be cool. I left with magical hair with natural ombré highlights and subtle pink hued highlights throughout that you can’t really see that much but they pop sooo much in the sun. Unreal. My hair is also super sensitive and kind of pathetic and they’ve helped me maintain healthy hair throughout the years so I’m also incredible thankful for that. It’s very covid safe, only two chairs out now I think, only one person gets shampooed at a time, and it’s as spotless as ever. I first went to Salon Orchard for a Kerasilk appointment with Chie. I had done a TON of research and kept going back and forth about if this was the right treatment for me.. let me tell you -- IT IS AMAZING!!!

First -- the treatment: It was a fairly quick process that involved washing and straightening and washing again. I was left with silky smooth hair that felt like it was in a million times better condition than I left with.

I've had keratin treatments before that left me dissapointed, but it's now been over a month and I am still so in love with it. Before, when I blow dried my hair I looked like a baby lion -- soooo much frizz. Now, I haven't had the desire to touch a curling iron or straightener -- blow drying leaves me with a salon quality look in like 10 min max!

I also took this new-do to Puerto Rico where it was rainy and humid as can be -- still no frizz -- omg.

I returned to Chie to get a toner. She did a custom toner bringing out the low lights and highlights in my hair while keeping it ashy like I like. LOVEEEEE
