Catherine's yoga class is so helpful in keeping my aging body flexible and strong. She has a wealth of knowledge of how the body works mechanically and just which exercises help various conditions. I am so touched that she tailors each class to the requests and needs of the folks attending. Not only is her instruction helpful, but she delivers it with warmth and good humor. She really cares about her students, sympathizes with their problems and celebrates their achievements. Catherine's most recent class (Nov. 16) was especially beneficial for me. All of her students were middle aged scoliosis sufferers with the same alignments. So she was able to tailor the class to our exact needs.
