Satori Laser penalizes customers who give them feedback about poor customer service experiences, gives petty and nasty responses when you share your poor experience, and over-bills. No one should go to a business like this.
I gave them valid feedback about a poor experience and instead of apologizing, they refused to honor the package I purchased. They said they "please remember we do have the right to refuse service to clients" and were therefore not going to continue my treatment.
Never in my life have I encountered this with a brand.

She always asks how my recovery has been the session before, reads my body language, and adjusts my treatment according to what I have planned outside of my sessions so that I’m safe but still seeing results!
