Honestly not so great. Me and my bf went late night we called before and asked if we could come which they said yes and gave us a time. Once we get there everything is good, they take us downstairs to get our massage. The ladies that were doing our massage kept on talking and I don’t mind talking but I wanted to relax. The girl that was doing my massage she was basically just rubbing on my back no deep massage just rubs which is not what I wanted. I work 10 whole hours at a hospital my back is in constant pain so I would have prefer to get a really good massage. The whole time I was getting my massage I was basically waiting for her to actually massage my back properly but never once was it done. At the end of our massage we are getting dressed and I tell my bf, honestly I didn’t like the massage at all it was by far one of the worst massages I have ever gotten. My bf on the other hand said his was great which is nice. When we go to pay the lady tells me the price and hands me our receipt which she goes and already is insisting for a tip right away and I haven’t yet even grabbed the pen. I ask my bf how much. He takes the pen and write down the how much. We don’t have a problem with tipping but I would rather tip for a good service and this one that I got was not great. The lady see’s that he puts a $10 tip( mind you we hate when ppl ask to tip without giving us a chance to put anything before hand. We always tip no matter of the service.) My bf then erases the tip that he puts and said he was going to get cash instead since they didn’t wanna take the tip that he put. He sets outside to go get the cash,The ladies comes outside and say “no tip where’s the tip” that’s when my bf got upset and told them he doesn’t like when ppl ask for money while his in the middle of getting it. So at the end we ended up tipping nothing and left we did pay for the service but no tip was involved. I came to get a pedicure on Saturday (02.05) around noon and was excited as I had seen this location recommended on tiktok (I’m from Seattle and was in town for the weekend) but was very disappointed to be denied service.

I had noticed one person getting their nails done and one woman waiting on the couch so I greeted a woman behind the front desk and asked how long the wait for a pedicure would be and was told they could not do pedicures. I assumed “maybe whoever is working right now doesn’t do pedicures” so I then asked about a manicure or getting acrylic nails done and was also told no.

I understand she didn’t owe me any explanation as to why I couldn’t be serviced but it seemed very targeted (I’m latina) to be told none of the services could be done when there was only one person being seen and only one waiting. It was an embarrassing experience to say the least as the others saw and heard the whole denial of service.

The worst facial experience ever! What I did was extraction facial, the lady was extremely roughly dealing with my face. Even when cleaning and wiping, felt she was scrubbing my face. I told her several times pls be more gentle and soft but not improving. The whole extraction process was also done roughly, i can still feel a lot bumping acne right after she finished. I double checked with her at least twice to ensure she finished? Bc the whole extraction process was done less than 10 mins. Also not professional for starting the extraction almost the same time steaming my face. I don’t believe this place or at least the lady yesterday was qualified for a facial service.
