Itās one thing for staff to be quiet, but the team at this Sephora location felt more like part of the storeās decor than actual employees. I stopped by around 1:30pm yesterday, and not a single person offered help, no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. It was as if they'd been instructed to ignore customers entirely.
The few who did move through the store walked like they owned the place, with one employee nearly bumping into me before promptly settling into a corner to do, well... nothing. The cashiers werenāt much better. One moved so slowly that her neighbor rang up four customers while she was still handling the first. She looked visibly miserable, like being there was some kind of punishment. And even the quicker cashier didnāt say a word no āhello,ā no āthank you,ā not even eye contact.
It really makes you question the point of staffing the store with this many people when none of them seem interested in assisting. Not just unhelpful but...

Young lady at the front door , claims her name was Sadie (if thatās true) didnāt greet upon walking in and just watched me walk in with a look of disgust as if I knew her , I circled back to the young lady for help to give her a chance to redeem herself and she still failed to help .. once I asked for the manager she lied and said the manager wasnāt there and didnāt want to give the managers name. Sephora is a place for women to feel empowered and be educated on beautiful products, itās unbelievable how this young lady was so negative in an environment like this! I hope the manager reads this and considers who to hire to protect Sephoraās shopping experience because that young lady single handily ruin my shopping experience , I will not be returning to this...

After all these bad reviews of very poor etiquette and poor costumer serve, I have decided not to waste my holiday trip to visit Sephora. The response from the owner said they will address but the same poor reviews keep appearing over recent time still. I suggest all employees wait name tag. so they can be identified so the appropriate person can be addressed; retrain staff; show them the review and give expected consequences if it reoccur.
