I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta Corner 53rd; this past weekend, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for an amazing meal.

The service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, friendly, and truly some of the best I’ve experienced in the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making the night even more enjoyable.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the pasta! Every dish looked and smelled delicious, but their signature pasta stole the spotlight. The flavors were rich, the texture was perfect, and you could tell they use the freshest ingredients. It was the kind of meal you remember long after you've finished.

If you’re a pasta lover, Pasta Corner 53rd is a must-visit. Amazing food, outstanding service, and a fantastic atmosphere—what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be...

If you’re a pasta lover, The Pasta Corner in NYC is a must-visit! The fresh pasta is nothing short of spectacular, and the sauces are pure perfection. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo, and let me tell you, it was the creamiest, most decadent Alfredo I’ve ever had. Every bite melted in my mouth, leaving me wanting more.

My bestie opted for the Pasta with Vodka Sauce, and of course, we swapped plates to taste each other’s dishes. WOW. The vodka sauce was rich, flavorful, and had just the right balance of creaminess and tanginess. Honestly, I couldn’t decide which dish I loved more—they were both the best I’ve ever had.

The quality of the pasta speaks for itself—fresh, perfectly cooked, and paired with sauces that elevate the entire experience. This cozy spot is a slice of pasta heaven in the heart of the city....

I gotta be honest. I was so impressed by this place! The initial vibe of the spot was casual but the service and quality of the food was top notch. I came here with my mom and sister but kept thinking it would be a great date night with my fiancé as well.

We got the burrata appetizer and we each had a different pasta. I had a spinach ravioli that was very good. Also the 11$ Italian red was recommended to me and it was a delight!

We were helped by max and deo(dio?). They were so sweet and hospitable. Im always so self conscious about staying too late somewhere(we got in close to closing time) and I kept trying to make sure we weren’t overstaying our time there. But deo and max were so sweet and adamant that we enjoy ourselves and take our time. It was a great first dinner in New York for our mother...

Pasta aglio e olio is meant to be ‘dry,’ and not so cloyingly creamy as this place makes it; it’s not even supposed to be in a sauce. They also confitted the garlic, which rids the edge regular garlic has integral to the dish, and adds onto this creaminess. They also skimped on chili and salt, so it ended up tasting like unsalted spaghetti in heavy cream, but salt is available at the table. They do also provide more chili upon request; the service is good. I know different places have their own interpretations of aglio e olio—different forms of garlic such as confit and black garlic have been used—but this place’s iteration and combination of ingredients really don’t work, especially for such a somewhat steep price of $18 before tax and tip, though of which I understand it’s due to its midtown location.
