I came in with a design photo and my overall experience was horrible. My nail tech did a sloppy job and instead of trimming my cuticles, she used the electric spinning file to shave them off which caused me a lot of pain and bleeding despite me asking her to be more gentle. When it came time for the design, she did a messy paint job that a child could have done. It was very blotchy and nothing close to the photo. It seemed like she wasn't experienced with nail designs, and when I would ask her to do something to adjust the design or do something differently I was ignored or she would wipe it off and then do it even worse. I came back a few days later to have them redone and the owner Sofi was very unprofessional. She made it known to the entire salon that I was there to have my design redone, and at one point there were five nail techs gathered around me to examine my nails and look at the design. Sofi loudly complained several times that she "doesn't understand why I didn't like my design and had to make them redo it" which the entire salon heard, even though anyone with eyes could see that it was a bad paint job. It was also very obvious that they were complaining about me to each other in another language. Sofi made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable even though I nicely explained the situation and generously tipped the nail techs both times. Even after the second time, the nail design still did not look good and the gel polish started peeling within ten days. I also noticed that Sofi posted the Pinterest photo that I used as inspiration for my nail design on the salon's instagram page, trying to pass it as their own work. When I came in to get the design redone, Sofi loudly said to the salon that "so many people liked the photo of my nails" even though that was not a photo of my nails and my nails were nothing close to that photo. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience and I did not appreciate the way Sofi tried to embarrass me for nicely asking for the botched design to be redone to get the...

I’ve been coming regularly for a year but my last appointment was such a disaster and destroyed my nails, I’ll never be back.

To be fair, I think things would have run smoother if Sofi was there.

First of all, GelX removal/pedicure took 2 hours, with an appointment!

They didn’t wrap my nails until after my pedicure was complete, because they thought I was getting a manicure, despite my clearly stating the services I wanted when making the appointment as well as when I walked into the salon. (They’re always trying to add services/up-sell, so I think they were hoping I’d just say yes eventually??)

Ultimately, the biggest issue was that my fingers were left in acetone for 50 minutes while they catered to a walk-in manicure.

After 40 minutes in acetone, I started taking the wraps off myself and the tech came over and told me it needed more time (it didn’t, she needed more time to finish the walk-in manicure she accommodated in the middle of my appointment) put MORE acetone and wrapped my fingers again. After all that, they still drilled the nails off.

The long acetone exposure wrecked my nails so bad, they’re splitting upwards into the nail bed and I can’t even scratch an itch without my nails bending.

Such a mess. I’ll be dealing with...

I am Appalled at how I was treated today. I have never been here before but wanted a fun nail design so figured I’d try it. Plus I knew sofi from the old salon she worked at. I was expressing to the nail tech how I wanted her to shape my nails when sofi the owner of the salon attacks me yelling saying “she’s not done yet! you can tell her if you want something different after you wash your hands!” In front of the entire full salon. I responded by saying this isn’t my fist time having an acrylic set and as the customer I should be able to express to my nail tech what i want. I was completely embarrassed for her to yell at me just for trying to tell the technician what I like. I will never come back to be treated so rudely. She completely robbed me of a relaxing experience as I had to sit there for the remainder of the time completely embarrassed to be scolded like a little child. I didn’t even get the nail design I came for. Extremely unprofessional and...

I tried this place because it came recommended from people I knew. I booked with Lina. I went in and the salon was packed. No one seemed to care you had an appt and with who. They started working on my nails, getting it ready for the service. They handed me off to another tech who wasn’t Lina. She didn’t seem to know how to do gel x as my nail is thick like acrylic. I had to ask multiple times for her to take a better look and file correctly, I’m not usually picky on filing usually but my nails looked crooked. The nail tech didn’t know how to do a simple French she just wanted to do a white line across, I had to work with her to get closer to what I wanted but even then it was no where close to what I wanted. I left so mad that I paid 105 dollars to look like I have 5 dollar press on nails. Unorganized spare yourself.

Honestly, such a great experience. I would have never walked in here myself - it’s not exactly glamorous - but it was recommended by a friend and her nails always look amazing. It doesn’t need to be glamorous if it’s good! First, the thing I hate most about getting a mani/pedi is that it takes 2-2.5 hours. It’s dreadful. Instead, they brilliantly did my manicure and pedicure at the same time and it took half the time! Omg what a pleasant experience. Second, I am very picky about my nails. Shape, design, materials everything. When I find a tech I like, I stick with them but I recently moved so I had to leave my usual spot. Jean did a beautiful short French on me! I am so thrilled. Pedicure was also great - nothing special but great shape and application. 10/10 experience. Will be going back forever!
