Sebastian and Ezra are the sweetest sales reps.

Sebastian has helped me with a purchase before. One birthday, I had spent so long looking at all the jewelry (Sebastian sweetly encouraged me to take all the time I wanted) that I ended up finally finding "the one" ... the bracelet, it was a bracelet lol this is not a meet cute story. It was the best birthday gift to myself in a long time.

Today, I was wandering the jewelry section and a ring from Graziela Gems caught my eye. Ezra whipped out the key to unlock the case for me to try it on tout de suite 😂 I ended up taking a picture for my boyfriend (iykyk) and mentioned I'm taking a trip to Philly that day. Ezra gave me so much recommendations for places to see and eat in Philly, heck, I felt like family 😉

Come on in, browsing is so much fun and there's no pressure/stress, especially with these two 😊

I travel a lot and fragrance, to me, is incredibly evocative of specific memories. The staff in this store were some of the most helpful we met in NYC and frustratingly we weren’t able to return when we wanted, to purchase the fragrance I was introduced to.

Honestly, everything in here smells incredible, unique and full of quality. Of course, the price reflects that, but nice things cost money.

Philip was absolutely amazing and super helpful. I wanted a new reed diffuser for my room and he immediately helped as much as he could since there was limited products available after the holiday. I ended up buying their signature diffuser and a ring as well! The ring was super unique and caught my eye immediately. I love the vibe of the store and appreciate the esthetic as well!
