Verizon customer support told us over the phone (after waiting on hold for an hour) that this store would set aside a WiFi router for us. We then called the store several times in between that initial call and our arrival at the store. They did not answer the phone. When we arrived at this store, the singular employee told us their phone had been stolen, which is why they were not able to answer any calls. (Pretty ridiculous for a phone store to not have a working telephone, in my opinion.) The employee also told us they did not set aside a router for us, as that is apparently against store policy. They also had none left at all and told us to try a different store. This was incredibly frustrating to hear, considering the router was supposed to be delivered to us 2 days prior. (Also, it was not possible to go to another store, as it was too late in the day to get there in time.)

Read moreSo there is this young man at this store named Dylan. When I originally signed up for a new account and phone i explicitly explained that I did not want phone insurance on my account. He acknowledged my request and we proceeded to complete the transaction. Upon receiving my first bill, I noticed that the insurance had been added anyway. Through text conversation with Dylan, I explained that I had requested to not have this “Feature” and since he acknowledged my request. I assumed it was taken care of. The reply was that it was added anyways, because it was for my own good. I conveyed my displeasure for his practice and his response was to call customer service to take care of it. He would do nothing to rectify my issue. 6 months later, I have continued to get harassing texts from this individual to upgrade, etc.. His response? Spamming me multiple times a day now to upgrade. I know this is the only Verizon location in this town, but I’d recommend doing anything possible to avoid...
