I made an appointment for a consultation here, and I put in my credit card number and read the cancellation policy, which was 24 hours in advance. I understood that if I canceled or did not show up I would be charged, and they had my credit card number. Every single day between making my appointment and the appointment itself, I was contacted with āremindersā in three ways: via email, via text, and with a phone call. It was incredibly annoying and intrusive. The day of the appointment, they called me about an hour before the appointment with another āreminderā. I picked up and said, āYes I know my appointment is in an hour. You have my credit card number to charge me if I donāt show, and Iāve been contacted via text, email, and phone every day for the past three days. I will be there.ā Unbelievably, when I was on my way there, 15 minutes prior to my appointment, I got a text asking if I could come at a different time because they had a scheduling conflict. I said no, I was already on my way, was the technician unable to see me? They said ādisregard, the technician can see you.ā Once I arrived, they told me the technician was running late and was not available to see me for another 20 minutes. They don't offer as wide a range of services as their Jersey stores but it's perfect for a quick Botox session during the day. My provider, Priscilla, was fantastic. I was super nervous as this was my first time and she was extremely patient with me, giving me the option for breaks and making sure I felt as comfortable as possible the entire time. She also took the time to listen to my goals and asked a lot of questions in order to find the best approach for me. On top of that, this location doesn't double-stack patients so the process felt very private without other people around- perfect for someone who wants a more personal service.
