I ordered a Louis Vuitton Cruiser 45 from WGACA yesterday and received it this morning. First, the Next Day Air charge was pretty low - about $45, which was likely less than half of the actual shipping cost because this is a large bag that arrived well-packed in a huge box. I usually try to buy new because you never know what you're going to get second-hand, but the bag I wanted has been out of regular production for a few years and only pops available from LV directly every once in a while - and when it does pop up, it's $1,050 more than the price at WGACA. You also have to deal with the diminishing quality of canvas/leather on bags produced in the last 3-5 years, and with LV, it can feel like the lottery - you will either get a perfect one or one with flaws bad enough to induce a return. Over the years I have purchased from Fashionphile, TRR, Yoogi, AFF, all of them - I can honestly say this is the FIRST time I've ever received an item in better overall condition than described. The bag almost looks new - it could not have been carried more than a handful of times, and a number of the "flaws" WGACA described in the listing, I honestly could not find on the bag. They are very much in the business of underpromising and overdelivering - and I LOVE THAT! I am shocked and extremely pleased and will 100% order from What Comes Goes Around Comes Around again - cannot recommend...
Read moreSuper rude. I had just left the Broome location and was sent to this location Bcs they had the item I wish to purchase that the Broome location did not. I went to line up to the store to receive entry (despite no one being in the shop) but that's okay.. someone open the door and told me I had to wait a few minutes (again that's ok) but then they brushed me off with a dismissive hand gesture (like I was a fly) and told me I had to wait further away from the door. Again.. that's okay. I was waiting about a minute (again no one in the shop but it's cool) and another person opened the door and they immediately let them in without a wait. If that person had an appointment that's all good but to a person looking to purchase a specific item and waiting outside the in cold it feels unwelcoming, rude and frankly a bit embarrassing. It's funny bcs you can go right across the street to the Chanel and receive a warm greeting. Kind of a bummer I've gone to the Broome location a bunch of times and had the best experience. Just be more welcoming people wanting to shop don't deserve to be treated like that. Not cool fashion is abt having fun and great experiences not exclusivity and...
Read moreBeware of this company. They misrepresented a Chanel bag as being a runaway bag when in fact it was ready to wear. when I notified them of that one hour after the purchase, they refused to accept a return, even though the bag had not been shipped or even left the store. They have not responded to any texts or emails and only after i disputed the charge with American Express, did they decide to ship the bag to me, despite the instructions in writing and verbally many times that they were not authorized to ship it. They misrepresented a $7000 plus item and take no responsibility and only replied to me by saying “what’s the difference whether it’s runway are ready to wear”? Well the value is totally different and they should know that better than anyone! And obviously they do know it. They are just a shady...
