The customer service really depends on the individual person
I had wonderful time with Sammi, she was really thoughtful and considerate of my time and tattoo concerns.
I felt extremely disrespected by Britaini and Mal- these women were uniquely disrespectful of my time and during my tattoo session.
With Britaini, I had showed up an hour early to our appointment and, without communicating to me ahead of time when she would be ready, she was a half an hour late to our session because she was finishing another client. She was not very considerate of my tattoo or time concerns and was not a clear communicator with me.
Mal was very rude and definitely did not apologize when she was running and stomping next to Sammi’s work station while Sammi was tattooing me. Mal even rudely bumped into Sammi’s lighting and work station when Sammi was tattooing me, I had politely asked Mal if she wanted us to get out of her way and instead of apologizing, Mal responded with “Oh I bump into things even on a good day!” Mal definitely did not apologize for bumping into Sammi’s station while Sammi was tattooing me. Extremely rude and loud person.
My experience with this tattoo studio, I wish I could say the professionalism is uniform but it definitely isn’t.
I would only recommend working with Abi and Sammi, these two people were very considerate and attentive about my tattoo concerns and time.
I definitely would not recommend Mal or Britaini- very unprofessional and rude and inconsiderate.
I took two stars off of my review because of my experience with Mal and Britaini,...
Read moreI searched a long time for a tattoo artist who looked like they could create something I wanted. I finally stumbled upon Jerra who provided the warm experience of a babushka that my Asian grandparents never provided.
After hours of cathartic pain and pleasure I wasn’t sure if I had entered a state of delirium and actually was in a dominatrix dungeon. However the end result was a magnificent culmination of artistic beauty. I first came to Jerra with a crazy idea of a chest piece of a female warrior Gheisa and she thought I was crazy but created something for me anyways.
In the end she was the only artist I have returned to more than once and have developed a relationship with now. I’m not sure if this says more about me rather than her but if you’re not into bland tattoos and have a crazy idea look no further than Jerra and White Rabbit. Over 5 years I have now spent my retirement money on various projects spanning 1/4th of my body but it was very worth it and improved my mental health somehow.
The shop is super welcoming and located conveniently near a parking garage with a cool pizza store downstairs. They are progressive and have humans and other sentient beings from all walks of...
Read moreEdit 2025: I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because, while I still didn't feel heard or respected, I wanted a TATTOO ON MY NECK FOR MY FIRST EVER TATTOO. The staff understandably would not acquiesce to that request due to the stigma associated with neck tattoos and reasonable concerns about my future. If the person attending me hadn't literally rolled their eyes at me when I said, "My future is pretty much mapped out," I don't think I would have felt so disrespected at the time. But, honestly, it was a reasonable physical reaction to an unreasonable statement made from someone who wanted (an admittedly tasteful and small) neck tattoo for their first ever tattoo. So, go on and schedule work with them because it is truly beautiful work and you probably have a lot more sense than I did in 2018. If I didn't live 1,800 miles away, I would probably schedule an appointment for my first ever tattoo with them to this day. Just, you know, on my wrist or something.
Original post: I really didn't mesh with the staff here. Their work is beautiful, no doubt, but I didn't feel listened to...
