TLDR: Rudest owners and most horrible, non-existent customer service I’ve ever encountered.
I’ve had tons of mediocre shopping experiences where I walk away and forget about it, but this was so bad I feel compelled to share it because I’m just still astounded. I hadn’t heard of this place until walking by it earlier today, but the stuff in the window was so cute I left the kids with my husband for some undistracted-shopping time. I walked into the store excited to look at everything, and despite both owners being there (I assume, just overheard one saying to the other things like “mom, we need to order more this and that”) my presence was not acknowledged at all. Ok, they’re busy with other people, whatever. I’m the kind of person that likes to look at everything. I stopped to look at artwork, no one asks me if I have a question. I picked up some jewelry to admire, pull out a throw-pillow to feel, no one even looks at me. I pick up and unfold a colorful scarf to look at, nothing. It’s like I don’t exist. (Also, bizarrely none of these things have price tags?) I look through the clothes racks, still no one has said “hello” to me, let alone “can I help you find your size?” I’ve seriously NEVER shopped in a boutique before where it’s as if I’m invisible. I walk around again to see if I missed anything I can’t live without, and pull out a pair of jeans and an even better scarf to try on. Surely with clothes on my arm, someone will say “can I start a fitting room for you?” Nope. Nothing. Jeans were too big, scarf was cute but at this point I’m not spending one cent with these horribly rude people. I took note of the brands and items I liked, and will find and buy them elsewhere. This summer when friends and family come to visit, I will advise them to not shop here. You may be wondering, “did you look homeless or something?” No. I wasn’t dressed up and wasn’t carrying a handbag (why bother when most places accept Apple Pay), but I was wearing clean, nonlabel-showing clothing that didn’t prevent other stores attendants from helping me buy from them. Also, it’s 2025. I’d like to think that even if I looked like the most horrible, dread-worthy customer imaginable, the owners of the business would still say “hello”?! These days there is research and data that proves the customer experience is EVERYTHING, and all customers expect to be treated with respect. (Duh.) I just cannot fathom ever conducting business like this where someone is in your store for 20+ minutes giving every indication they’re interested in buying, and yet they’re not even given a...

My sister and I had been eyeing the shop via social media for multiple weeks and were finally in town today to visit. Chrissy's shop is exisitely decorated and customer-oriented. Denise was extremely helpful with recommending items and giving information on store merchandise as well as styling/decor tips. She also let us know of incoming inventory based on our purchases and preferences. I plan to shop Little Chateau's online site in the near future for more quality and beautiful items as I live out of state. Little Chateau is a MUST when...
