I always have a good experience at Crest and their prices are usually lower and inventory better stocked than other stores. But I had some frustration with their pricing and promotions on my last visit.
In the picture with the sodas, you can see there is a deal on sodas by the can. They are giving the customer a lower price per case if they buy three, but it is not very clear, unless you pay close attention to the wording, that this is three of the same brand. Pepsi and 7UP are running a similar deal but you cannot mix and match them. They are placed close together and use a near identical method of promotion. It is reasonable people would attempt to mix and match and be surprised at the register that they do not get the sale price. At that point, who is going to go through the hassle of running back to the soda aisle and getting the correct stuff? Could these not be moved or could the promo stickers not be more clearly marked to distinguish them apart?
In the second image, one can see that they have affixed a sale sticker on some impossible patties in the meat section. If one looks closely, they can see what appears to be the original price underneath and it’s the same price as the new sale price. This is the case up and down the meat aisle. Is this an error? A misunderstanding? Or a strategy to sell more items or hide price increases?

Read moreMellissa and Hayley A on register 7 at 20:03:40. On 4-22-19. We went to Crest and once we got to the register the 2 were not in a good mood. We went out of our way to say hello. No hello was returned immiediatly Hayley asked if paper fine instead. I had to put half the bags in the cart because mellissa wasnt paying attention or caring. She never offered or even asked if we would like help. We asked how their day was to try and ignore the fact that mellissa was glaring and throwing our stuff in the bags. Hayley at least said okay. Mellissa contunied to throw our bags around and threw our stuff in the bags. She threw cans on top of our bread. Mellissa immiediatly leaned on the counter after finishing packing up our items and continued to ignore us. She didnt ask if we needed help to the car. Mellissa kept having to pick up her cigarettes as they were falling out of her pocket. When we got our sacks unpacked our vegetables were snapped in half. This is the 3rd time we have come to this Crest and employees have had horrible attitude. Horrible costumer service. Read moreI stopped by at lunch to pick up a small salad and some sushi and there was a line of people at the hot food getting helped. I went to the register to get my salad weighed and pay as no one was in line yet to pay. Several employees made eye contact with me as I was waiting to be helped, not one said "I will be right there or it will be just a minute". So I waited patiently as I realized they were busy, but after a while, a very observant lady employee who actually was suppose to be stocking in the back came over and asked "is this all you need?" She kindly checked me out and I was on my way, but I then heard one of the other employees telling her she needed to be stocking. The employee who helped me, explained that she had saw that I had been waiting awhile, so she thought she would help me out. I spoke up and thanked the employee for checking me out, that I appreciated her assistance. I applaud the emplyee who helped a customer and fellow co-worker out when in need, but saddened by the employee who took the time to put an employee in her place quicker, than acknowledging a customer. 5 star for the good customer service to the lady who...
