Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Norman

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now . It 's a very nice business , but the management is not good. When I first walked in , I saw a little girl at the waffle iron making waffles on a step stool! She wasn't even tall enough to reach the counter ; this is a serious risk for these kids! Another thing is that at the cash register , there was another little girl working there ! I asked her multiple questions , and she just ignored me the whole time! Where are the workers?! I sat down to eat my frozen yogurt , and the entire time I heard these kids fighting , screaming , and even playing on a hoverboard inside the place! It seems like the employees are just babysitting these kids! I went to the bathroom , and right in front of the restrooms , there were toys everywhere and a huge fort made of pillows and blankets . I don't think that's sanitary at all. When I walked out of the bathroom , I saw these girls even taking money out of the tip jar! If this is where my tip money is going , I will not be coming back. This place is so amazing. Go check them out! This location has a a variety of flavors with a fantastic amount of toppings. This spot has something for everybody. The owners are super awesome and are doing a fantastic job running such a busy store and when I mean busy, it’s because it is so great and line so flows smoothly . Kudos to them!keep up...

This was the family's first time trying this yogurt place. The kiddos enjoyed the place and the yogurt. The young lady/teen at the checkout was kind.
