Giving it a 3 stars because I love their clothing and some of the staff is amazing and very helpful. However, I went in there yesterday and was trying to find new jeans for work. There was an employee out on the floor and I figured I’d ask her for a larger size, and a fitting room... she wasn’t happy and you could tell she really didn’t want to help me because one of her friends was in the store and she would rather stand around and talk to her. I just gave up on her and went to another employee who was very kind and helpful !! I work retail and if my managers saw me socializing instead of working I would be in a lot of trouble. The young lady's working there were SUPER!! Friendly, Helpful, Extremely Helpful and so Genuine they made my experience so much better! However the manager that was in the store was moody, grumpy and not in anyway friendly! Even spoke to her at one point and I got no response. She said all of the proper things a sales person would with absolutely no feeling or genuine meaning behind them! Almost to the point she made me feel like my shopping there was inconvenient for her! Super dirty, there’s tags, dust balls, and grime everywhere. In the dressing room there was a huge pile of clothes all over the one rooms floor, we had to get it out of the way ourselves and it was very dirty. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and wouldn’t do their job.
