Atmosphere and interior were great. I came here with my stepdad, who spent most of the time playing the pinball machines. The old kiosks and machines along with the n64/Gamecube setups could probably make a great place to bring your kids for awhile, or at least that’s something my stepdad said. You pretty much pay $10 and you can use the games in the arcade area until the place closes. And it’s not like a quarter a game, you pretty much have infinite plays.
Game selection was quite large with even some Japanese games if you want to save a couple bucks. Their prices are on par with places like The Exchange and other retro game stores. Above the average eBay listing, but not terrible like DKOldies. Of course if you look hard enough, you’re gonna find a cheaper price somewhere else, but then again this place tests their products and you can see them actively doing so from behind the displays. You pay an above average price for the guarantee of a quality product. That being said there are some products I noticed that had actually decent prices.
The reason I’m putting four out of five stars is because I bought a DSi for decently cheap, and I was told there was nothing wrong with it barring cosmetic issues, but when I left the store, the L and R buttons were unresponsive. This is actually a very common issue with DSis, and can apparently be fixed with literally just some contact cleaner. But I can imagine that a child and their parents might not know this and could end up feeling ripped off. Maybe the DSi worked perfectly when the last guy inspected it, but it didn’t when I purchased it.
Staff was very friendly and helpful too. I will likely come back during one of my breaks from college and might even take my sisters here sometime. It’s a nice retro game store with a unique twist of having an arcade....

I stumbled on IronBlast of all ways, randomly. lmao I traveled to the area, a 2 hour drive from Columbus, Ohio to do a pickup on a heavy item purchased from Ebay. Popped in from a video game/thrift store Google search.
BLOWN AWAY before I even walked in, you could tell immediately they have pride in their store. I started filming some stuff for a quick vid incognito style, Corey the owner noticed though, came up asked in a casual way of I was filming. I said "yes, it's soo cool". I thought he may tell me to chill out the video, instead he told me record as much as I wanted, he was super cool, all smiles and jokes. Professional and helpful, asked if we wanted to see some kiosk up close (opened up). Just all around awesome. Since this was a random drop in I wasn't planning on spending a lot, but I did buy a few random items because it was such a cool experience. We talked some and we came back about a month later to do a full interview with him for YouTube (shameless plug Corey haha). And when we returned we were ready to trade, play and spend. Some of my cleanest collection pieces came from IronBlast. I am actually ready to go back...

We are always looking for something for our kids to do to spend time with their friends or with family safely. Did you know that the largest video game store in the United States (physically) is located in Washington Crown Center Mall?! Support this small business!
That’s right! Everything that you can imagine having to do with gaming is located in this store! A huge selection of items and a full arcade. $10 will get you arcade playtime all day long in the store. A great gift idea or just somewhere to take the kids to hang out.
My kids love coming here, not just for the arcade, but for the store itself. If there is anything at all that you need when it comes to gaming, whether it be an extra controller an old game you’ve been searching for even down to a Halloween costume, they have it!
Plushies, Pops!, video games, tees, rugs, systems, vintage, TV’s, controllers and more! The list could go on for days!!! So much fun to browse and even more to buy!
Don’t forget the games in the arcade and throughout the store. My son won an arcade game and received a $40 gift certificate to the store!
Will return again and again!
