1/2 Off! Today’s sale brought us in! While beginning our roadtrip in Ohio, my 3 kids were dying for some refreshers and hot chocolate. They were proud that they could pay themselves at 1/2 Off. A great deal! Dining area was relaxing with lounge chairs. Nice for laptop work. Outside were umbrella tables. Casual, cozy and trendy atmosphere. Lots of merch! Bags of coffee, cups, mugs and more. Credit and debit cards accepted. Restrooms available with baby changing tables. High chairs available. Dine in, take out, delivery and drive-thru. Breakfast, lunch, brunch and dessert available. Organic dishes offered. Free parking lot on premises. *Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking, seating and restrooms.

I'm a complete Starbucks fanboy with never a bad word to say about the place. I had one issue here, though. I gave my order and paid. Then went to the pickup area to wait. And wait. And wait. Others came and went. My order was simple, straight coffee, but no sign of anyone doing anything about it. Eventually I asked. The answer was, "Oh, she probably just forgot to give it to me!" Two baristas began to make it at the same time. They were apologetic. Starbucks's processes are great but not flawless. Great place to hang out after hours of driving, and super convenient to the interstate. 1.999 thumbs up

I don’t know what’s going on there &&& when I ask, never given the correct answer. They are out of many items weekly, they prevent you from going inside because they can’t staff accordingly(I know covid excuses), told they can’t serve a particular drink because it’s bad for you( venti nitro brew) &&&& allow many to sit in the drive thru just to tell you when you get to the ordering area….that their system is down &&&& only accepting cash at this time!!!! What??? Post it early enough soooo we don’t have to sit their for 20 minutes ready to order then they inform you of this. NOT COOL!!! We already wait patiently for quality coffee(20 minute average) when things are running well but to get turned away because communication could have been...

Yesterday was Easter day, I went to this starbucks for a latte. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly, I had witnessed them yell at an elderly couple and wouldn’t make their drink! It was a few hours before they were supposed to close, they locked the doors and would not let anyone in! This is by far the worst starbucks I have ever been too! I went in and asked for my drink and they were very extremely rude about it and they were very slow in the making of it! I understand no body wants to work on a holiday, but there was absolutely no reason for the terrible service! What really bothered me is how they yelled at that elderly couple, they simply asked for their coffee and got spit at in return! I will never...
