Spencer's — Local services in Norton Shores

I really like the jewelry and other products that you guys sell, but I was very unhappy with the workers there last night! I'm sorry but their customer service was horrible! I went in and right when I walked in there was a young man working while there were two female workers talking about Nintendo and other things. The two ladies never said anything to me until I finally walked up to them to tell them that I was ready to checkout. I was in there probably 40 minutes at least and would've been there longer because no one was at the register to help me! The guy disappeared and the two girls were talking away in the front of the store. I walked past them several times to get there attention like hello you have customers and then finally I had to go interrupt their conversation so that I could leave! I stood at the counter for ten minutes maybe more trying to wait patiently thinking that some one would come help me. But no one did! I was getting so irritated! If you are going to talk and work at least talk from behind the register. I recommend that Spencer's buys a bell or something for you to ring if no ones at the counter. Also I don't appreciate the women giving me a rude look when I finally said that I was ready to check out. Sorry to interrupt your conversation but I would like to leave some time tonight and this is your job! Spencer's was so lucky I ended up buying two chokers because I was so ready to put the stuff back and leave! Please train your staff better and get a bell! I don't plan on buying anything else from that Spencer's anytime soon until...
