Shore To Escape — Local services in Ocean City

While I actually think the escape room itself and the young lady helping inside were both great, the young blond girl outside working the check in process was horrible. If I could give her zero starts I would. While booming my group she showed zero sense of wanting to help. She had a attitude like we were bothering her from the moment we got to the counter. While paying for the room she asked me to input my email and phone number. I put in my email and didn’t put my phone number in as the screen said optional on phone number. She got very rude when I didn’t include my phone number and said I needed to put in my number, it’s a policy. I simply said it says optional and she said well you can put it in or not do the room. Such a great new location with 4 new escape rooms. They are shorter 30 minute rooms so they are not as complex as some hour long experiences. The theming in the rooms was fantastic though and made them a lot of fun to play. The puzzles varied in difficulty and had enough around to allow our group of six to split up and each focus on solving something while others did too. My boyfriend and I did the “Meltdown” escape room and let me tell you, that was the best escape room I have EVER done. I have done over 20+ escape rooms so far and this one was the best I’ve ever done. It’s only 10 minutes with no hints and it was just the right amount of pressure to keep you on your toes. If you’ve done a lot of escape rooms like I have, you won’t be disappointed in this one. We’re going back tonight to try the other rooms that they have!
