As others have mentioned, there's a lot of little things that makes this place not worth the hassle.
The rooms seem to be very haphazardly cleaned and maintained. The air filter in our window unit hadn't been touched in months, The renovations to the bathroom had not been completed (there was exposed wiring to a vanity mirror light not functioning and instead they used a clip-on desk lamp with an extention cord.). My room was tiny and had an uncomfortable full/twin bunk bed combo.
The parking situation was awkward - I had to give my keys to them and call the very awkward manager to get my car if I needed it.

Helpful to have the mini fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, kitchenette and eating area. Great location.within walking distance to many good restaurants, ice cream shops and Asbury street shopping.
