The Condo By The Sea (Inside the Hanscom Condos) — Hotel in Ocean City

As others have mentioned, there's a lot of little things that makes this place not worth the hassle.

The rooms seem to be very haphazardly cleaned and maintained. The air filter in our window unit hadn't been touched in months, The renovations to the bathroom had not been completed (there was exposed wiring to a vanity mirror light not functioning and instead they used a clip-on desk lamp with an extention cord.). My room was tiny and had an uncomfortable full/twin bunk bed combo.

The parking situation was awkward - I had to give my keys to them and call the very awkward manager to get my car if I needed it.

Nicely updated room. Our family of 4 stayed in room 506. Full bed under a twin bunk plus a fold out chair bed. Helpful to have the mini fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, kitchenette and eating area. Great location.within walking distance to many good restaurants, ice cream shops and Asbury street shopping. Short 1 block walk to boardwalk. Cons: front desk was often empty, elevator was small and slow, parking was not included, bike rack was over crowded so we had to leave bikes locked on our car rack. Great location! comments in no particular order and are for an OFF season stay... We felt safe tucked away in the corner of the old hotel, a block from the beach, plenty of off street parking, the building supervisor was friendly and helpful, check in was easy, shopping and plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, grocery store within a 10 minute walk, bike rack, did I mention it's a block from the beach, laundry facilities on site, lots of icky-sticky being smoked in...
