Pisa Pizza — Restaurant in Ocean City

Won’t go back. We tried this place last time we were in ocean city a couple years ago and I liked it. Tonight was our last night on the boardwalk so wanted to run by there to grab a slice. The pizza was ok but considering I am usually easily grossed out I am surprised I still ate it. The older man who took my order grab the slice with his bare hands to put it in the oven to warm. No biggie BUT he then decided to rub the backs of his ears and didn’t wash his hands before grabbing the space out the oven with his his hands didn’t see which one but he didn’t have a pizza paddle in his hand so I am hoping he at least used the one without the ear jam. It is my own fault for not speaking up. I should have refused it cuz that is just unclean way to serve food. Hope this guy was just a temp fill in cuz if more customers saw that, Lisa pizza would go out of business. Bummer cuz was good...

2nd best pizza on the boards behind 3 brothers.. sandwiches are superb & come out quick. Indoor service was cute & kind as well as efficient & with it.

Sicilian pie was blazing hot, light and airy with a heavy cheese but just enough sauce and a chopped sausage topping to make it pleasant. .. my slice of round pie was also blazing hot.. nearly perfect..maybe just a bit too airy for the thin crust pie to make #1 ..

It did not flop when rolled out to eat so the prep was perfect.. but..

3 Brothers still rules #1 to my taste buds..

Gf got black olives on the round pie slices which were sliced thin & spread in a reasonably generous fashion over her slices.

Only drawback?

They often close early if the boards traffic is light or the weather is a stinker.. appears to be a more family run business & not anything like the 5 or 6 M&M cookie cutter pizza...

I cannot tell you how disappointed I was eating here. I had an $11 chicken cheese steak wrap that had more wrap than chicken and the grilled onions were barely grilled. It was the worst one I've ever had and honestly it was a disgrace! On the menu it said it came with fries, which would have been a nice addition except for the fact that I could literally count on my fingers how many soggy greasy fries there were. It was unexceptionable. That meal was worth $3 and that's being nice about it. I have never written a bad review until now because that is how awful my experience was. Don't go there. There are so many more places on the boardwalk that will actually give you a decent meal. The only decent thing they have there are their waitresses and decorations. Awful food-we...
