I absolutely love this store and it's other locations.. Been to the Ocean City store twice this summer and have purchased gorgeous sunglasses both times. 1st time I was assisted by the Manager, Mike. I thought I was replacing my favorite pair of Costa's when I went in. Well I tried them on and they were perfect....... at least I thought they were until Mike turned me onto an even more perfect pair!!! Didn't know it was possible. Then yesterday I decided to go back and expand my collection. I was greeted by Lexi, Manager in Training. 96 Shades, this young woman should mo longer be "in-training. She was FANTASTIC and was clearly a manager. Store was packed and she handled all the customers flawlessly. Lexi was obviously a people person and you could tell she really cared about the business. I was especially impressed by her knowledge of the different type lenses for different uses. There are so many choices there. Sold me a pair of Maui Jim's that look and feel incredible. I highly recommend this store and the chain. The LBI store rocked too! Especially, the manager there, Sam Sauls. I have purchased a few pairs of shades from him in the past. I have trouble getting a good fit and he knew exactly what I needed and what I was describing. It's rare when someone gets what I am talking about, but this guy was right on point. He picked out the pairs which would fit my large head and still look awesome. Thanks...

Ocean City boardwalk was one of the stops on me and my family's New England/East Coast trip and I desperately needed some good sunglasses for the rest of the trip, as I have been putting it off since last Saturday! Walked into a few other places on the board walk to look and none of them compared to the immediate welcoming energy from Jamie at Shades! She was so sweet, helpful and as a plus was wearing a cool Power Puff girls shirt! Both me and my mom walked out with a pair of sunglasses for us both! Great prices on them as well! Thank you Jamie for being so awesome and talking to us today! 100/10 would definitely recommend at least stopping by...

Mike is the BEST!! My daughter’s prescription eyeglass lens fell out and she lost a screw. We were on vacation and desperate. After attempting an at-home hack-job of a repair myself (yes- this included Scotch tape 🫣), we walked in and Mike warmly greeted us and didn’t bat an eyelash when I embarrassedly asked him if he could help.
